Sermons

We value the expositional preaching of God’s Word as we gather for corporate worship week after week.

For we know that all Scripture is “breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16-17, ESV). And that “faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ” (Romans 10:17, ESV). So to that end, we gather every Sunday to sit under the faithful preaching of God’s Word, where the Scriptural text drives the main points of each sermon. Not the other way around. And the typical rhythm you’ll find at our church is walking through, section-by-section, books from the Old Testament alternating with books from the New Testament.

We long for our church to be exposed to the whole counsel of God as different parts of the Bible are explained and applied in ways that are relevant to our day-to-day lives in the 21st century.
